Crystals are considered to be the nervous system of the earth, and since they are sensitive to the energies from us and our environment, they must be cleansed regularly.

Cleanse- You can either place your jewellery overnight in a bowl of dry salt (not water) or move incense sticks or sage over them to cleanse away any accumulated energies.
Try to do this every week or so, depending on your usage and how you feel wearing the crystal jewellery.

Recharge- Choose a method that resonates with you, like placing the jewellery in sunlight (not more than an hour) or moonlight for a few hours, allowing it to absorb their revitalising strength, or place them near singing bowls or bells while you play them.
Suggested to do this at least every month or so.

Set an intention before wearing- After cleansing your jewellery, hold it in your hands and infuse your crystal with positive affirmations or by envisioning that the crystal's renewed energy will guide you towards your purpose, and only then wear it.

1. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days for us to pack and ship your jewellery.
   
   
2. Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
   
   
3. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
   
   
4. International Shipping: We are currently not offering shipping outside of India.
   
   
5. Delivery Issues: In the unlikely event of delivery issues, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
   
   
6. Gifting: If this is a gift and you would like to add a customised note of 2-3 lines, please email your message with the order number at Sharanya@spira.co.in.

RETURNS

We take pride in the quality of our Spirā handmade jewellery and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

If you have any concerns about the quality or condition of your jewellery upon receiving, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of the delivery with a photograph of how you received it in the packaging. We will be happy to address any issues and provide assistance.

WEARING INSTRUCTIONS:

We encourage you to wear your favourite Spirā jewellery everyday, with keeping the following in mind:

1. Avoid Contact with Chemicals: Remove your silver crystal jewellery before applying lotions, perfumes, or hairsprays. Chemicals in these products can tarnish silver and affect the appearance of the crystals.
   
   
2. Take Off During Physical Activities: Remove your jewellery before engaging in strenuous activities, sports, or household chores to prevent accidental damage or scratching.
   
   
3. Protect from Moisture: Water, especially saltwater and chlorine, can tarnish silver and potentially harm the crystals. It is advisable to remove your jewellery before swimming or bathing.
   
   
4. Store Separately: When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To prevent scratching, place each piece in a separate jewellery pouch or box.

CLEANING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Gentle Cleaning: Use the soft microfiber cloth that is provided with your jewellery to gently wipe away dirt and oils. (Please do not wash the cloth.) Avoid using abrasive materials or brushes, as they can scratch the silver or damage the crystals.
   
   
2. Polishing: Metal can tarnish over time due to exposure to air, sweat and moisture, and can react differently with your skin. To restore its shine, use the polishing cloth provided or brush it gently with regular toothpaste.
   
3. Cleaning Crystals: For the crystal components of your jewellery, avoid using harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners, as they may damage or discolour the crystals. Instead, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the crystals clean. Please avoid wearing your crystal jewellery in water for long periods of time as it may be a porous crystal which softens with time and can crack.
   
   
4. Pat Dry: If your jewellery gets wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth immediately to prevent moisture damage.
   
   
5. Avoid Tarnish Prevention Products: While anti-tarnish products like tarnish-resistant strips or jewellery boxes can be useful, they may not be suitable for all crystals. Some crystals are sensitive to chemicals, so consult with us before using such products.

Remember that each crystal may have unique care requirements, so it's essential to consider the specific needs of the crystals in your jewellery. With proper care, your silver crystal jewellery can stay radiant and continue to inspire and enhance your well-being.
